At Bonesflexflex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your posture guide products and ergonomic accessories. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return, exchange, or request a refund for products purchased through bonesflexflex.world. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Overview
Bonesflexflex sells both digital and physical products related to computer posture improvement. Return eligibility varies depending on the product type. Digital products have different return conditions than physical items due to their nature. All return requests must be initiated within the timeframes specified below and comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Digital Products
The Posture Foundations Digital Guide is delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, returns are generally not accepted once the guide has been sent to your email address. However, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the digital guide file.
- The digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description on bonesflexflex.world.
- You were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate purchase due to a technical error on our website.
To request a refund for a digital product, contact us at contact@bonesflexflex.world with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds for eligible digital product returns are processed within five to ten business days to your original payment method.
3. Physical Products
Physical products including the Monitor Height Calibration Kit, lumbar support cushion included in the Complete Desk Wellness Bundle, and other ergonomic accessories may be returned within thirty days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all components intact.
- Original packaging is included where possible.
- Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email or receipt is provided.
- The return is not due to change of mind after the item has been assembled or used.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for items returned in less than original condition.
4. Bundle Returns
The Complete Desk Wellness Bundle contains both digital and physical components. If you wish to return the bundle:
- All physical components must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- The digital guide component is subject to the digital product return conditions above.
- Partial returns of bundle components are not accepted; the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.
- Bundle return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact Bonesflexflex within fourteen days of delivery. Please provide photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping for defective items. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law regarding products that are not of acceptable quality.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Wait for return authorisation and instructions from our customer support team.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging or suitable alternative packaging.
- Ship the item to our Melbourne return address provided in the authorisation email.
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is processed.
Return authorisation must be obtained before shipping items back to us. Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience processing delays.
7. Return Shipping
For standard returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Bonesflexflex is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. For returns due to defective products, incorrect items shipped, or our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional three to five business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a physical product for a different item of equal or greater value, contact our team to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative product of comparable value.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded except where required by Australian Consumer Law:
- Digital guides that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Products that have been customised or modified after delivery.
- Items returned more than thirty days after delivery without prior agreement.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers not authorised by Bonesflexflex.
- Gift cards or promotional items provided free of charge.
11. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These consumer guarantees apply regardless of the timeframes stated in this policy.
12. Cancellations
You may cancel an order for physical products before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at contact@bonesflexflex.world. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the guide has been delivered to your email address.
